Intraductal/cystic lesions of the pancreas – Drs. Basturk & Klimstra – YouTube

Deep learning-based molecular morphometrics for kidney biopsies – PubMed
Morphologic examination of tissue biopsies is essential for histopathological diagnosis. However, accurate and scalable cellular quantification in human samples remains challenging. Here, we present a deep learning-based approach for antigen-specific cellular morphometrics in human kidney biopsies, …

Cytopathology smears from autopsies: A viable storage method for molecular analysis – PubMed
Archived air-dried smears scraped from tumoural lesions in autopsies have proven to yield a good concentration of quality DNA for conventional PCR, with better results than formalin-fixed paraffin embedded material.

Clinical course and outcome of an outpatient clinic population with myasthenia gravis and COVID-19 – PubMed
The majority of the patients had mild COVID-19 and all but two patients recovered. The design of the study made it possible to capture mild cases. Having well-controlled MG prior to infection and absence of comorbidities likely affected the course of the infection favorably. IS did not influence the …

finally I got an #rstats sticker :) well, let’s start preparing abstracts for this year #rmedicine 😎
