Yes phone calls are important, but…
Many people potentially read the report, particularly those with no connection to the dr you communicated with. So in cases where it is crucial, I have no problem with mentioning clinical correlation.

Given it is lip, you get some lobulated glands/ at the surrounding in pictures 1/2 (are those minor salivary gland? Any prior FNA? if so, a infarcted PA/infarcted MEC with extensive squamous metaplasia comes into play as well.
